	Berislav Crnkovic Managing Director Berislav maintains a confident, engaged and inspired leadership presence within Equilibrium. His theoretical and technical acumen allow him to effectively lead the team in collective problem solving and promote engineered solutions to satisfy all stakeholders. A Green star, NABERS and NPER accredited professional, Berislav is recognized for his advanced knowledge, experience and competency with regards to total building solutions in energy management and environmental sustainability. Recognition in the construction industry enables Berislav to attract and develop the strong professional relationships necessary in procuring long-term development projects. Berislav's wide ranging experience and association with end users will assure your needs will be satisfied and importantly, your client's needs.

	Joe Maric Commercial Manager Joe closely manages Equilibrium's engineering design team, specializing in the design and construction of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation. From his years as an Engineering Cadet to his Certification in Mechanical and Thermal Engineering, Joe has the experience and technical knowledge that is highly valued in the field of design and development. With more than 30 years of engineering experience in the design and construction of air conditioning systems, Joe is recognized in the industry and works intimately with consultants, architects and builders during the development stages and contributes to the preparation of budgets.

	Michel Pejar General Manager As General Manager, Michel's responsibilities and authority extends to Human Resources, marketing stratagem and client relationship management. Among her innumerable qualities, Michel is a conscientious communicator who effectively engages in contractual discussions that may arise before, during and after the execution of an Equilibrium project. Michel oversees all accounting traffic deriving from the Construction, Engineering and Service departments; the provision of budgetary reports, the cash position of Equilibrium Air Conditioning (NSW) Pty Ltd, Equilibrium Service Pty Ltd and associated companies; and the timely execution of financial forecasts.

	Paul Stevens Operations Manager As Operations Manager, Paul is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Construction and Service Departments. As a senior manager of Equilibrium, Paul's responsibilities include: the provision of the budget and financial forecast for each project, organizing of labor resources, the proper execution of company procedures and policies, technical support and building client relationships. To ensure cohesion and proficiency onsite, Paul engages in negotiating and approving sub-contractor/ supplier orders that ensue.

	Bart Guangco Service Manager Bart oversees the commission, retrofit and install of HVAC equipment for existing and new building developments. Bart expertly tailors preventative maintenance programs with regard to the particular needs of Equilibrium clients. Bart ensures these services are expertly performed by his team of qualified HVAC service technicians as per the programmed inspection schedules that periodically test and adjust systems to maintain the optimal operation of HVAC equipment. Bart also prepares quotes, energy management, audits , reports to clients and maintains strong professional relationships with all customers.
